عاشت ساكنة حي أكدال بمدينة فاس مساء الجمعة 1 غشت لحظات من الخوف والارتباك، عقب اندلاع حريق ضخم في فيلا مهجورة تقع على مقربة من محطة القطار، في ظروف لا تزال يكتنفها الغموض.

الحريق، الذي شبّ داخل البناية المهجورة، تسبب في حالة استنفار أمني كبير، بعدما تصاعدت ألسنة اللهب والدخان بشكل كثيف وسط منطقة سكنية مأهولة، مما خلق موجة من الهلع في صفوف السكان، الذين عبروا عن تخوفهم من انتقال ألسنة النار إلى منازلهم.

فرق الوقاية المدنية تدخلت على وجه السرعة، مدعومة بوسائل لوجستيكية، وتمكنت من السيطرة على النيران ومنعها من الامتداد، دون تسجيل خسائر بشرية، في حين لا تزال أسباب اندلاع الحريق قيد التحقيق.

وحسب إفادات عدد من الجيران، فإن الفيلا المهجورة تُعد نقطة سوداء في المنطقة منذ سنوات، حيث تحولت إلى مأوى للمتشردين أو مرتع لممارسات مشبوهة، في غياب أي تدخل من الجهات المعنية لمراقبة هذه الفضاءات المهملة.

الحادث أعاد إلى الواجهة ملف البنايات المهجورة بمدينة فاس، والتحديات الأمنية والاجتماعية التي تطرحها، حيث يطالب السكان بضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات صارمة للحد من استغلال هذه الفضاءات في أنشطة قد تُهدد الأمن والسلامة العامة.
